About
Architectural designer turned art therapist.
I'm an art therapist in training, currently working in clinical settings with people navigating serious illness, grief, existential concerns, and major life transitions. I believe the creative process can hold what words sometimes can't, and I show up to provide the holding environment.
Before therapy, I spent years in architecture, designing spaces that quietly shape how people move, feel, and belong. Architecture taught me about process, about patience, about finding meaning in every layer.
I'm bilingual in English and Mandarin, and I bring that cross-cultural attunement into the work I do. To me, creativity isn't a talent, it's a way of being present.
